Dental care is opaque, expensive, and often terrifying. Denty set out to break down the walls between patients and practitioners. They needed a platform that felt less like a medical directory and more like a hospitality experience—clean, comforting, and radically transparent.
The Challenge
Trust is the currency of healthcare. The existing market was fragmented, with booking systems that belonged in the 90s and pricing that was a mystery until the bill arrived. Our challenge was to build a two-sided marketplace that catered to the rigorous scheduling needs of clinics while offering patients a "one-click" booking experience for everything from routine cleanings to complex surgery.
The Solution
We approached Denty with a "Calm Tech" philosophy. The interface is stripped of medical jargon and anxiety-inducing imagery, replaced with soft, reassuring palettes and clear, human typography.
Dynamic Booking Engine
We engineered a real-time synchronization engine that connects with legacy PMS (Practice Management Software) used by 80% of clinics. This allows Denty to show actual real-time availability, eliminating the "we'll call you back to confirm" loop.
Transparent Treatment Plans
We introduced visual treatment maps. Instead of codes on a bill, patients see an interactive 3D model of their dental health, with costs clearly associated with each procedure.
